New clinical conditions can rarely be dealt with by submitting an online consultation, and the majority of clinical issues put through this way, result in us asking you to make a routine appointment. It’s very rare that we get enough or the right information to make a good plan through patients sending written requests, and we cannot talk through options available to you, so you can make an informed decision. Therefore for non-administrative issues we generally encourage patients to make an appointment.
