Dispensary update

We would like to apologise for the delays in processing prescriptions. We have employed temporary staff and have been doing everything we can, to reduce the impact on you.  As a temporary measure for routine repeat prescriptions, please consider allowing 5 rather than 3, working days from request, to ensure the medication is ready to collect.

Our health centre has a dispensary and we are able to dispense medications to patients who live more than 1.6km (1 mile) from a pharmacy. Medicine can be collected between the hours of 9am – 12pm and 2pm – 17:30pm, Mondays to Fridays. The dispensary will be closed outside of those times and closed on bank holidays.

Outside of these hours if you require medication urgently please contact your local pharmacy or contact 111.

09:00 to 12:00 – Open

12:00 to 14:00 – Closed

14:00 to 17:30 – Open

17:30 to 18:00 – Closed

The pharmacy at Tesco is normally open on Sundays and Public Holidays except for Easter Sunday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day.
