TOWNLANDS HOSPITAL - PARKING

A new number plate recognition parking system went live at Townlands Hospital on 10th April.   See our new page on the right hand side of the screen for further information, including parking at the Royal Berks.

Medication reviews

It is good practice for us to review patients who are taking regular medication at least once a year.  As the prescribers we have a responsibility to make sure that they are still working and that they are not causing side effects.  The review date is printed on the right hand side of the prescription form.

It would help us a lot if patients could book in for a medication review about that time.

If patients request medication after the review date without having been seen, we will send them a reminder.   If they still do not attend after several reminders, we will have to stop issuing prescriptions.
