We try hard to keep high standards in everything we do. The doctors have to have continual formal medical education totalling five days every year. All other staff are encouraged to attend training courses, conferences and seminars relevant to their job. In addition we have regular multidisciplinary clinical meetings to share knowledge. We have an extensive library for the medical staff and everyone has access to the internet.
Recognition of our Success
The best form of recognition for the Health Centre is the satisfaction of our patients and our own sense that we have been able to improve a patient's health and well-being.
However, it is also gratifying when the quality of your work is recognised by your fellow professionals and you receive an award. Our Health Centre has been regularly recognised in this way over recent years.
